Touch & Match sensory games

Touch & Match is a fun and challenging sensory game that helps little ones develop their senses. Touch & Match-like games are also a staple in sensory integration programs, even for older children. This is because children with sensory disorders are often challenged by even the thought of touching something and need to develop or adjust the brain’s response to sensory input. Therefore, it is important to present the child with different sensory experiences in a controlled setup that the child can handle.

The set includes a base with 8 round holes with different fabrics and materials on the bottom, as well as 8 jars with matching fabrics and materials. Touch & Match involves the child touching one of the fabrics on the surface, then finding a matching fabric in the jars and placing the jar in the correct hole. Since each fabric has its own color, the child’s color recognition is also developed.

The Touch & Match sensory play set is made of wood, both base and pots, and is therefore very durable. It is suitable for children 3+ years old (physically and mentally).
