Balance board for those who need to train body control, body awareness, balance or strength. The large plate is equipped with a small ball (approx. 10cm) on the underside, which guarantees that finding your balance won’t be easy. Ideal for targeted training for children and adults who need to strengthen the mind-body connection and rehabilitation.

The balance board is placed on a non-slip surface. If the user is inexperienced, it’s a good idea to give them the opportunity to hold something stable with one or both hands. The user then stands on the plate with their feet on the red spots and starts tilting the plate to balance. This balanceboard makes the exercise extra exciting and challenging by adding a maze element. Once you’ve mastered balancing, you can start tilting the balance board in the opposite direction to send the little ball in the right direction.

Suitable for children over 5 years old and teenagers (max. load 50 kg). Made in Europe.
