The swing’s seat measures 127 cm, making it suitable for both teenagers and adults, as well as for several children at the same time for group exercises. The size of the therapy swing allows you to vary the exercises – you can sit on the swing and hold the ropes, sit on it like a horse with one leg on each side and learn to balance, lie on top of the swing and hug it, or stand up and hold the ropes. The different positions strengthen motor skills in different ways, while the rocking motion trains both balance and the senses. Using the therapy swing for group training of children also gives you the opportunity to strengthen the community and push children’s boundaries.
