Set of 6 sensory-motor balance hemispheres (stepping stones) to help train balance and body awareness. Each balance hemisphere measures approximately 16 cm in diameter and has a fresh color that stimulates color recognition and vision. The stepping stones are made of medium-hard rubber. They are inflatable with adjustable hardness and have a pattern on the surface that stimulates the feet. This makes them particularly suitable for sensory motor exercises, sensory integration courses, as well as regular obstacle courses that focus on strengthening balance. They can either be used to create a short, uniform balance training path or used in conjunction with other types of stepping stones, e.g. higher or with some other form of increased exercise difficulty.

The set contains 6 sensory-motor balance hemispheres in 4 different colors and 2 types of massaging surface. Each hemisphere measures approximately 16 cm in diameter. The balance half spheres are delivered inflated. They can be inflated as needed using a pump with a ballpoint needle (not included).
