Shielded egg-shaped chair

A shielded egg-shaped chair that’s perfect for breaks or when it all gets too much – at school, daycare, work or at home. The size of the chair means that both children and adults can enjoy it. It measures 136x72x96 cm (h:w:d), making it spacious enough to serve as the perfect relaxing nest. You can rotate the chair 360° and choose whether you want to lie inside it or sit. The shielded chair has a padded interior and foam cushions on the bottom and back for extra comfort and relaxation. You can choose between dark blue and red colors for the cushions and upholstery, depending on whether you need more peace of mind (dark blue) or a mood boost (red).

The egg-shaped chair can be used for relaxing and recharging your batteries or as a hideaway when you need to be alone and away from too much stimuli. The boundary effect of the chair provides a sense of security and a feeling of being in your own cave. That’s why it’s often found in special schools and institutions, sensory rooms, hospitals and doctors’ offices, private homes, etc.

ATTENTION! For heavy use – e.g. wild carousel rides – we recommend checking the screw at the bottom about every 4 weeks to make sure it hasn’t come loose! The chair is not designed for this type of entertainment and therefore requires extra maintenance.
