Acupuncture mat, 70×43 cm

Acupuncture mat approx. 70×43 cm. Ideal for sensory stimulation and relaxation. The acupuncture mat is equipped with small sharp spikes that deliver sensory input from the entire active area. The mat is used for classic acupuncture by lying down or placing your feet directly on it. It can also be used to help you wind down at night by stimulating your senses and muscles. Perfect as an alternative to sensory-stimulating duvets when it’s too hot to sleep with a duvet on.

The acupuncture mat is made in a classic black color. The mat has a soft foam interior and a removable cover (with spikes on it) that can be washed.

Important: If you use the acupuncture mat as a sensory mat in the evening/night, we recommend placing a towel on top of it, as the spikes on the mat are sharp and could scratch or cut you if you fall asleep on it. Always lie down gently on the mat without leaning on it. This again to avoid being scratched or injured by the spikes. For the mat to work, the spikes need to be sharp. However, this means you need to be aware of it when using it. For the same reason, the acupuncture mat is not suitable for children or users who are not in full control of their movements/have too much bodily agitation resulting in constant or spontaneous movements.
